Mumbai, Maharashtra Feb 7, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Fravashi International Academy, The best and most reputed international school in Nasik, recently witnessed the presence of Life Coach, Yogi and Mystic Viveck Shettyy. He was specially invited by the top management to conduct a motivational session for the senior students of this institution.
The nearly ninety minutes session by Viveck Shettyy was a unique experience for the students and faculty alike as he threw new light on a host of issues including mind management, goal setting, environment conservation, energy management and a lot more. He began by emphasizing that the context of our lives is far more important than the content and hence it is important to ensure that our existence is joyous in every aspect of our life. He further attributed the chaos in human lives to the lack of understanding of mind management and energy management. In a lighter vein, he observed, "We have wealth management courses but we do not have mind management and energy management courses. We know our iPhones and laptops, but we do not know the 'I' ".
The way forward for an ecstatic life according to Viveck Shetty is to live with existential truths and not with our psychological truths. He went on to give a detailed explanation with real-life examples of both psychological truths and existential truths. The difference between change and transformation was also one of the highlights of this particular intriguing workshop.
Viveck Shettyy opined that most individuals mistake change for transformation. Old leaves falling off and new leaves replacing them is change but when we change the soil, an apple tree can be replaced by a mango tree and that is transformation. The most important quality of transformation is that there is no residue of the past and it is a whole new life.
Viveck Shettyy went on to demonstrate some profound breathing techniques that can alter the energy flow within an individual and thereby the very soil leading to transformed action. He concluded by observing that every individual has approximately thirty-seven trillion cells and at the rate of 1.7 volts per cell, we are approximately Seventy trillion volts of energy hence energy management is the key to achieve peak potential in life and the entire universe is simply a dance of energy.
His characteristic wit and humor during the entire session attracted repeated applause from the audience and the core team of Fravashi thanked him immensely for sharing his valuable insights with the students.
