kolkata, West bengal Dec 10, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - For its excellent performance in Innovation activities in the period 2020-21, the Institution Innovation Council of Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology (IIC-MSIT), a B-tech college in Kolkata, received a four-star rating from the Institution's Innovation Council, the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (Government of India), and the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The big announcement by the Centre was made on December 1. Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology, one of eastern India's top 20 private engineering colleges, got elevated to a different level with this honour.
The success of MSIT's IIC has elated all of the Institute's stakeholders. This achievement was the result of a year of hard work by the Cell, as well as all of the students, faculty members, and alumni throughout the world, who was the driving force behind this success, stated Ankur Ganguly, MSIT's principal.
Every year, the Institution's Innovation Council (Ministry of Education Initiative) announces the yearly performance evaluation of all institutions and universities based on the success of their IICs. And the IIC-MSIT score is 94.17 out of 100.
The Institute is gearing up so that they can maintain this kind of success in the forthcoming years, Ganguly stated. Innovation is a continuous process, and motivated students and their mentors are working tirelessly to bring MSIT to the forefront of global innovation.
