Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh May 29, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - On 20th May 2020, Anamika Mishra lost her mother in Kanpur, who was also a writer.
Anamika Mishra is an award-winning author, blogger and entrepreneur, having over half a million fans on social media, and is best known for her book For the sake of love. She is native of Kanpur, living in Delhi and was in Kanpur since the lockdown was announced.
Her team updated about the personal loss on her Instagram and Facebook on the 21st of May, 2020.
Upon trying to connect with her, her team responded saying that author is unable to cope up with the loss and not willing to speak out on this. On a brief conversation with her over the phone, she said, 'My mother was my lifeline, my constant source of motivation. I was closet to my mom, she was my best friend as well. Without her, I don't really know how to cope up with everything! I am shattered.'
Mishra had lost her father on 21st Dec 2018. She was very close to her mother and always mentioned in her interviews that her main source of motivation for writing is her mother.
Anamika’s mother Lt. Renu Mishra was a writer and used to write children fantasy short stories for magazines like Nandan, Champak, and more. It was Anamika’s mother only who pushed her to chase her dreams of being a writer. In a recent post on social media, Anamika expressed her love for her mother by saying that she is her world. She often gives all the credit of her success and writing talent to her mother.
Her mother Renu Mishra, was not keeping up well for 4 days and on 20th morning, she got a silent heart attack and passed away.
