One of the many cities the logistics company is expanding in is Nagpur. According to a report, the city is going to be the country’s next best warehousing hub. AWL India is expanding over 40,000 square feet of storage area in Nagpur.
The CEO of the company, Mr. Rahul Mehra, comments about AWL India’s expansion plans, “We are expanding to some of the upcoming warehousing and logistics hubs in India, and Nagpur is certainly one of them. Upto 26,000 square feet area is being targeted for the development of new logistics centers and warehousing, in accordance with the government’s plan of developing more logistics infrastructure in the country. Some of the industries that the company is going to target include Fashion, Retail, and eCommerce. Each of these industries is experiencing an increase in demand but a shortage of inefficient logistics solutions. In addition to the 26,000 sq. ft area, a total of 40,000 sq. ft. storage area is also being established.
