Vienna, Virginia Sep 1, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Laura Podolsky, Esq., joined Nixon Gwilt Law (NGL) as Senior Healthcare Innovation and Decentralized Clinical Trials Counsel on August 18, 2021. Prior to joining NGL, Podolsky served as Founding General Counsel for Science 37, a company helping innovators enable universal participation in clinical trials for patients and providers. While there, she led the development of the legal and regulatory strategies underpinning the decentralized clinical trial model.
Podolsky advises clients on matters related to clinical research, telemedicine, healthcare technology, and data privacy, as well as complex agreements and multiparty collaborations. She earned her J.D. and master’s degree in public health from UCLA, and graduated magna cum laude from Duke University. A California-licensed attorney, Podolsky will serve NGL clients nationwide from her home office in Los Angeles.
