Relationships and referrals were critical components of the founders' first journey. Many schools and managements were confident when they began since they were previously involved in IT Industry.
The “NLET Initiatives LLP” School ERP software, which is available in three variants, assists schools in managing all administrative activities, such as student and staff information, attendance, fees, test and result administration, and transportation and GPS. The school management system facilitates the exchange of data between principals, administration, teachers, and parents.
Apart from handling all administrative responsibilities, the pre-school administration software also tracks child growth and encourages parent participation.

“For the first few years, our approach was entirely focused on school administration. Gradually, the educational system began to change; teachers and parents became significant players as well. However, the business remained B2B,” Mayank explains.
NLET School ERP is a customised solution for K-12 institutions. It includes over 50 modules that address all of a school's administrative needs. Additionally, the firm has released an off-the-shelf solution, NLET School, which is a non-customizable, cloud-based solution designed for economy or mainstream schools that do not require much customization.
"Our ERP system is completely linked with a school's academic, administrative, and financial demands. The portal or mobile app communication enables all essential outcomes to be delivered to users,” Mayank explains.
