As a Business Strategist Coach and former Business Broker, Founder Sara Phelan says that one of the main challenges she sees for small business owners who work IN their business is that it's hard to always see the big picture and work ON it. And we get comfortable and gravitate to the work we like to do.
Sara says that it wasn’t that long ago she was in that spot, in her first business. Knowing something needed work, but not sure where to start. This is a discussion she wishes someone had shared with her. She noted how important the big picture vision is for keeping us 'entrepreneurs' Dreaming Big and being prepared for whatever is next.
The Live Training and Q&A will be held on Tuesdays (3 pm AST, 11 am Pacific) throughout the month of November. Register to attend the online session.
