Scottsdale, Arizona Sep 29, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Praxsyn Corporation’s (OTC: PXYN, the “Company”) subsidiary, Mesa Pharmacy, Inc., through its attorneys, had filed a Petition for Reconsideration of the Findings of Fact and Opinion on Decision regarding its pending litigation in California before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of the State of California has issued an Opinion and Order Granting Petition For Reconsideration for the purpose of further deciding the substantive issues in the case. The Company is still awaiting further updates on the Petition For Reconsideration from counsel and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
In the meantime, The Company has been preparing the missing filings to become current, but due to unforeseen circumstances no longer expects to have all filings complete this month. The Company is continuing to work on the missing filings and now expects to file within the next month. The Company will continue to update shareholders periodically.
