By organizing the information homeowners need within one cohesive presentation, contractors can make complex HVAC proposals easier to understand and help customers move more confidently from reviewing their choices to selecting the solution that fits their needs.
Services and Accessories now have greater visibility within ShowSite, helping contractors communicate more of the value included in a proposed HVAC solution. Instead of focusing solely on the primary equipment, homeowners can more easily see the additional products and services associated with their options, creating a more complete picture of what they are purchasing.
The enhancements also give contractors more flexibility in how they manage and present Services. Dealers can add images to Services and establish pricing using either a calculated price based on cost and margin or a fixed retail dollar amount. Accessory product information is maintained through PricebookPlus, helping contractors spend less time managing product data while maintaining control over the retail pricing used in their proposals.
