Huntington Beach, California May 16, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - San Jacinto Valley Academy star studded guard Princess McCauley has verbally committed to Golden West College. Princesses 27.7 points per game ranks her 46th in the nation in scoring. Princess’s other accolades include first team All-CIF, first team All-County, Prep Girls Hoops #8 Shooting Guard in the State of CA, Silver Waves media #73 player in California, and a finalist for the Cal Hi Sports All-State team. Prior to her commitment McCauley was one of the highest ranked uncommitted prospects in California. Princess prepped at San Jacinto Valley Academy where she played for her mother coach Shanequa McCauley and as a junior carried her team to the quarter finals of CIF. Golden West Coach Barry Migliorini believes Princess could be the cornerstone of the best freshman class in California. Princess also excels in track where she’s a juggernaut 100- and 200-meter runner. Princess will be a Kinesiology major at Golden West.

To Golden west Credit they have amassed 90 State Championships (three in women's basketball) the most of any California JUCO.
