Designer, Writer, and Producer Ray Mann has just completed his never before told crime story script, titled 'Cartel North'. It's a 35-year-old story that has never before been told but has now been told by the only Black American member who lived deep inside of Pablo Escobar's most dangerous, ruthless Cartel which was operating on American shores. Producer, writer Ray Mann believes that Cartel North will be bigger than Narcos was on Netflix.
