Chicago, Illinois Aug 28, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - Student enrichment provider Right At School announced the promotion of Michele Wilkens, Ed.D. to Chief Academic Officer. The announcement was made by Mark Rothschild, Ph.D., Founder & CEO of Right At School.

Wilkens joined the Right At School team in 2014 as Director of Training and Development. Since then, Wilkens has spearheaded a nationally recognized blended training model, developed and published enrichment curriculum, and expanded Right At School’s program offerings from preschool through 8th grade. As Chief Academic Officer, Wilkens will be responsible for academic strategy, education innovation, and program development.
Wilkens completed her Doctorate in Education with an emphasis on Organizational Change in Leadership through the University of Southern California. Her study on employee retention in after school care, the first international study of its kind, was nominated for USC Dissertation of the Year. Wilkens serves on the Board of Directors for the National AfterSchool Association.
