Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Dec 27, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Deputy Commissioner Shimla Aditya Negi released a documentary film based on Shimla. Vikrant Gashwa and Rahul Himral are the directors of the documentary while Tanvi Raghuvanshi plays the role of Production Manager.
Vikrant Gashwa says that the main reason for making this documentary is not only to promote tourism but also to preserve the culture and history of Shimla.
This beautiful city situated in the lap of the Himalayas is not only known for its tourism but this city has other importance as a result of which it was given the status of summer capital in 1864 by John Lawrence. The documentary also depicts the ancient architecture of Shimla, the lifestyle of the people, and their reverence for their Gods and Goddesses. This film has been produced at places like Ridge Maidan, Jakhu, Vidhansabha (The Council Chamber), Advance Study (Vice Regal Lodge), etc. of Shimla.
It stars Vikrant Gashwa and Rahul Himral as directors, Tanvi Raghuvanshi as production manager, and Arun Film Ortus, Himanshu Thakur, Sakshi Thakur, Hrithik Kashyap, and Japneet Singh have contributed to the camera. It is hoped that through this documentary, along with entertaining people, their awareness will increase and the goal of its makers will be fulfilled.
