We C.A.R.E. Home Health Agency is based in Lower Bucks County, owned by its principal investors and principal operators. The Agency’s mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. A Registered Nurse (RN) is a nurse who has graduated from a nursing program and met the requirements outlined by a country, state, province, or similar licensing body to obtain a nursing license. RNs fulfill a variety of job duties. In addition to their primary role in treating and caring for patients, their responsibilities also include educating patients and the public about a variety of medical conditions, as well as providing emotional support and advice to the families of their patients. Other RN job functions include leadership, research, performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results, operating medical equipment, administering medications, recording patients’ symptoms and medical histories, and assisting with patient rehabilitation and follow-up.

Due to her outstanding work in her field, Shireeta was awarded the Nurse Excellence Award from Abington Hospital in 2014, the Abington Patient Safety Award in 2017, and the Leadership of the Year Award from 2017 to 2018 from the National Association of Professional Women.

On a more personal note, she became a nurse because of her brother, who has autism and also a rare skin disease. In addition to this, there was so little her parents could do back in the day to help him and she wanted to make a difference. She feels she was led to be a nurse. She attributes her success to her compassion. She is kind to her patients and always puts them first and everything else is secondary.
