In the first chapter of the season we meet the Harper clan and it’s extended family of friends and foes. Family values, dreams of success, and the hustle to survive in the big city, reach a boiling point when the Russian mafia enter their lives unexpectedly with financial opportunity and corruption. The balance of power has started to shift in Six City after the newly appointed mayor is brutally murdered and the Russian mafia start to take over the drug trade.
