SCI suffered severe financial harm due to the false and malicious prosecution by the Obama administration against SCI and its CEO Benjamin Suarez.
SCI and Suarez were acquitted of all 19 election law charges in a trial in July 2014. Suarez was convicted of a minor process charge due to witness intimidation by the D.O.J.
Suarez has had a team of attorneys and former FBI agents conduct a criminal investigation of the false prosecution over the past 2 years which found substantial evidence of crimes.
Suarez will soon file formal criminal charges in Stark County court against Ohio U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, former Cleveland U.S. Attorney Steve Dettelbach, his assistant U.S. Attorney Carole Rendon and a number of other D.O.J. officials.
