After the acquisition, Xavier left Ingenia in search of new challenges and became a startup founder at Demium until the pandemic hit. He then worked as a marketing consultant with over 60 companies, helping them to create scalable digital sales processes. Following this, Xavier was offered the Global Marketing Manager position at the Israeli company Elmo Motion Control, where he helped the company become customer-centric and played a key role in its eventual acquisition by Bosch.
