To coincide with the announcement of the new Non-Profit U.S. Solar Coalition. Captain Sol will be in his full regalia, designed especially to appeal to a younger audience as a Superhero.
Riley is on a mission to educate everyone, and especially children and young adults, K-12, about the benefits of solar power and has founded the U.S. Solar Coalition, to
act as a liaison between the marketplace and solar installers.
“We’re all Captain Sol,” says Riley who has broadened the persona by inviting everyone, young or old, all genders, all body shapes, all races, “in this goal of seeing solar power grow from less than two or three percent of the energy mix to more than 30% within five to ten years. And we need to be vigilant, starting NOW. I’m not the leader, we’re in this together.”
