Norm Heizmann will take over the role of Chief Operations Officer from Eric Fichtner, and Matthew Musheno has been promoted to the role of President. Norm and Matt will assume responsibility for the strategic direction of the company. Eric Fichtner will remain in place in the role of Chief Technology Officer.
