Brisby says he fell into a state of depression after an unsuccessful run at Bryan City Council in 2015 that left him broke without any money, and began turning to weed and alcohol to get him through his darkest hours. Despite these setbacks, he remained determined to make a positive impact in the world and help others achieve their dreams.
