She has often come out overcoming and winning the most complex issues. Dr. Usha was dedicated to her work with full passion and eagerness. That contagiously positive attitude has mainly led her to become an entrepreneur, something she never thought she’d become.

As part of a social impact initiative on women empowerment, Dr. Usha worked for the chairperson of the Maharashtra state commission for women. She was encouraged by several high officials to start her own business as they found her capable, knowledgeable, and self-empowered enough to handle entrepreneurship. This support and encouragement inspired her to start her entrepreneurial journey in 2016-17. Professionally, Dr. Usha facilitates healthcare delivery through niche segments like cancer care and predictive, preventive, and precision wellness. She holds a Ph.D. in Research from OIUCM & MBA IN Hospital & Healthcare Administration. She is also a PG-Diploma holder in Medical Lab Technology (PG-DMLT) from Seth G S Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai. Her hunger to continue learning and seeking new strides earned her a hon—Dr of Science (D.Sc) from Kundalini Yoga Research Institute, Lucknow. After that, she became a Certified Nutrigenomic Wellness Consultant to help reverse and manage diseases and is a VP at Welocity Genetics - a premium genetics wellness organisation.
Dr. Usha has worked as the secretary of the women affairs department of the international governing body with the NGO, International Human Rights Council (IHRC). She is also a permanent representative to the United Nations for IHRC. This NGO is involved in special consultative status with the UN-ECOSOC. She has been part of the healthcare industry since 1998 in Diagnostics, Administration, and Complementary & Alternative Therapies. She has also been the first acupuncturist since 2002 in Maharashtra with the Tamil Nadu Acupuncture Council.
Since 1997, Dr. Usha has been on a roll, bagging countless appreciation and speaker awards. She achieved widespread recognition on the paper presentation of colour therapy. As a result, international peer groups of Complementary and Alternative Medicine had noticed her efforts.
One of the many examples that exhibit how Dr. Usha strives beyond expectations was while leading the blood donation drive campaign carried out across 33 institutes and 11 campuses of Symbiosis in Pune. At the time, she was pursuing MBA in hospital & healthcare from the pioneer batch of Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences. Her diligence and commitment to the project were her driving force to achieve the impossible. In aiming for 300 to 500 blood units, the team collected a whopping volume of 1000 blood bags in 8 hours in a single day. It was an accomplishment that helped her identify her management skills and handle projects at breakneck speed. Her biggest surprise was when she was honoured as the “Best Alumni” at the 10th Convocation of the Symbiosis Institute. Fifteen years down the line, Dr. Usha is fondly remembered and appreciated by the Faculty Dean of Health Sciences.
Her focus on Holistic Wellness has helped several people get their life back, renewed, and revived. Her vision is to ensure that people stay informed about their health before providing their services to society. Only a healthy human being can work towards a healthy community, is what she believes.
