Garden City, New York Oct 22, 2018 (Issuewire.com)  - The Garden City Hotel is pleased to announce the launch of a new Fall Menu at the Red Salt Room by David Burke. The Red Salt Room is a glamorous reinvention of the hotel’s beloved Polo Steakhouse. Featuring a New American menu, the Fall Menu uses local and seasonal ingredients exclusive to the season. Just a few new items added to its extensive menu include Delicata & Burrata served with tempura string beans and pomegranate, Pork Chop Diane with roasted pear and shitake mushrooms, Eggplant Parmesan, and Lobster Baked Potato. Reservations can now be booked for locals and visitors alike to try a seasonal twist on the restaurant’s favourite dishes.

“Duck will remain a staple item, as well as our lobster dishes. Expect more grains and pasta, and we look forward to the pies coming out of our pastry shop,” says Chef David Burke. “Also, stay tuned for our wine dinner series and our Sunday suppers with wine included. I’m looking forward to the Chef's Table [within the Red Salt Room kitchen] so guests can see our process up close.”

The Red Salt Room will also be offering Thanksgiving Day dining opportunities along with the new fall menu. Dinner will be served from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and features an a la carte menu with a turkey special. Limited space is available and guests are encouraged to spend their holiday at The Garden City Hotel.
