The Red Salt Room is a glamorous reinvention of the hotel’s beloved Polo Steakhouse. Featuring a New American menu, the Fall Menu uses local and seasonal ingredients exclusive to the season. Just a few new items added to its extensive menu include Delicata & Burrata served with tempura string beans and pomegranate, Pork Chop Diane with roasted pear and shitake mushrooms, Eggplant Parmesan, and Lobster Baked Potato. Reservations can now be booked for locals and visitors alike to try a seasonal twist on the restaurant’s favourite dishes.

The Red Salt Room will also be offering Thanksgiving Day dining opportunities along with the new fall menu. Dinner will be served from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and features an a la carte menu with a turkey special.
