Cleo comes from a small town in Missouri. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a Major in History. He was also a Second Lieutenant in Military Intelligence. He had been assigned to Vietnam and Germany during one of his posts in the military. When he came back to the US, he earned his MA in International Relations from USC.
Cleo’s work will be exhibited at the Miami Book Fair Street Fair weekend, to be held at Miami Dade College (Wolfson Campus) in downtown Miami this coming November 22-24 at the Authors Press booth.
