Winston was awarded a prize package provided by Collegiate Canines.

Winton’s owners, Michael & Tonya Hinton are Kansas natives. Michael was born in Newton, KS, and attended The University of Kansas. Tonya was born in Peabody, KS. They have been married for 33-years and have a 29-year-old daughter who participated in Coach Roy Williams’ Junior Jayhawk Basketball Program, the Official Kids Club for Kansas Athletics, as a child. Michael and Tonya have a lifelong love of KU and enjoy attending both Kansas Football & Men's Basketball games. Rock Chalk!
