She recently booked a role in a TV show and her music is experiencing rapid growth in the global music world as she is set to release new music next month. She now announces the premiere of her two new family comedy short films titled “Exercise Class and Girls Night”, and a third film “A Cookie Mystery” which is currently in production.

She is now set to receive recognition in the film world with her three new comedy short films. All three films are family friendly comedies starring super talented kids and teens. Co-written and directed by Toya Nash, these short comedy films are sure to take young audiences on a hilarious ride with unforgettable characters, belly laughs, and twist and turns. Calling her films labour of love, Nash teamed up with her acting and voice coaching company Coach Your Craft to produce the films. All three films are edited by Juan Piggee of Narrow Edge Innovations and co-written by Joshua Cohen.
When asked about her motivation to be a filmmaker, Toya explained: “These three films all started with a desire to create film opportunities for talented youth; a desire that is near and dear to my heart. I am pleased to have gathered talented young casts and an amazing production team. I hope that all who watch truly enjoy these light-hearted short films that were an absolute joy to create.” Along with an amazingly talented and diverse cast, these three films “Exercise Class, “Girls Night”, and “A Cookie Mystery” are destined to establish their mark with youth through the films’ witty characters and their exciting adventures.
Production for “Girls Night” and “Exercise Class” wrapped in 2018 and both films premiered January 2019. “A Cookie Mystery” is currently in production and is set to premiere later this year. All three films will be available on Amazon and iTunes soon.
