New York City, New York Jun 10, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Tropical music artist Bellio will bring his signature energy and award-winning sound to the 69th National Puerto Rican Day Parade on Sunday, June 14, performing before more than one million spectators expected to line New York City’s iconic Fifth Avenue.
Bellio will be the featured musical performer aboard the “Legado de Borinquen” float, joined by an incredible lineup of Puerto Rican talent in a celebration of culture, history, and national pride.
The visually stunning float will showcase Puerto Rico through the lens of the 1940s, featuring vibrant imagery of pleneros, bomba dancers, and scenes of everyday island life that helped define generations of Puerto Ricans. Combined with Bellio’s dynamic live performance, the float is expected to be one of the parade’s most memorable attractions.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Bellio has spent more than two decades entertaining audiences throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. His hit albums “Me Ilusioné” and “Simplemente” earned international recognition and prestigious industry awards, establishing him as one of the most respected voices in tropical music. Following the successful release of his latest production, “Romántico y Loco,” Bellio continues to captivate audiences with his passion, authenticity, and unmistakable Puerto Rican sound.
“This is a celebration of our people, our culture, and our heritage,” said Bellio. “I’m honored to be part of such an important event and look forward to celebrating with everyone in New York City.”
Parade attendees are encouraged to look for Bellio on the “Legado de Borinquen” float as it travels along Fifth Avenue during one of the largest celebrations of Puerto Rican culture in the world.
