He trained under world-renowned leaders in his field at the Cleveland Clinic and the Retina Institute of St. Louis, to specialize in the treatment of the retina and vitreous.
Subsequent to his training, the doctor attained board certification in ophthalmology through the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO). The ABO is an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
