Dallas, Texas Aug 12, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - CP&Y confirmed the passing of the firm’s Founder, Board Member, and friend, Wen-Jo “Walter” Chiang. As a prominent leader in the environmental and civil engineering industry, Walter enjoyed a long and distinguished 50 year engineering career filled with countless accolades and awards. Walter passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 7th, 2020.
