How will the powers come out and what powers will rule each character? Well, marvel did many fusions and successfully created new species from the fusion.
The combination of iron man and the Hulk was seen in the movie Avengers Endgame when Bruce Banner dons the suit of ironman which was made by him. But that was not a fusion of the original characters or the superheroes. Hulk was not combined with Iron Man but it was Bruce Banner that wore the suit of Iron Man. If the powers of Hulk and Iron Man are combined then it will become the strongest avenger. As the power of Hulk is invincible and the suit of Iron Man will make his powers more superior. Not only he will be able to grow his powers by increasing his anger but he will also be able to use his technologies of Tony Stark in manifesting the powers.
Another combination that is doing rounds is what will happen if Hulk and Thor are combined. Thor is said to be the strongest avenger and what will happen if the powers of Thor and Hulk are combined. First of all, Hulkthor will be able to become worthy enough to lift the hammer of Thor and will be able to summon thunder. Whereas, Thor will be able to increase his power by getting angrier and will be able to summon more power. According to Odin, only the worthy will be able to lift up the hammer and Thor is the one who can do that. Later, Captain America was able to lift up the hammer thus becoming the worthy one. This can also match the Deadpool power level.
The fusion of Spiderman and Hulk is also an interesting combination. Although Hulk is able to jump long and high with the powers of Spiderman he will be able to fling past the buildings with stronger web support. Similarly, the Spiderman will also be able to increase his powers to the next level and will be become more agile.
These combinations and fusions are only present in the comic version and not in the movies as there are a limited number of movies with some standalone movies made for the characters. These fusions are only limited to comics and cannot be attempted in the movies as the powers will not be combined as shown in the comics. Marvel characters have their own presence and position in the Marvel Cinematic Universe which is unique.
