1. Distance yourself

The most effective but a little bit hard gesture to restrict you from scrolling the feeds is to make a physical distance from your mobile phone, laptop, and tablets. Have that time for yourself and bond with the people who have been a part of your life. During and after this pandemic apparently, there will be several changes that everyone has to embrace. And more digitalization is going to be a major part of it.
